Driving out of city north side, east via Skyway, leave today before 3pm or tomorrow 6am?

How bad is it really going to be around 2-3pm today??

Tomorrow, 6am. You will be almost alone. Today will suck at almost all times.

They are predicitng 3" of snow, starting tonight.

While its not a problem for me I am afraid of others on the road slowing it way down to a potential stop.

I'll be doing my part this afternoon to clog traffic...

A friend arrives at O'Hare this afternoon and needs a ride to Midway for a 6:30 pm flight. Then I'll drive to Indiana. The Skyway usually is not too bad if you have an iPass. The first tollbooth on the Indiana Toll Road is iPass capable and this should help alleviate a couple of traffic snarls.
