WWLRQCD? So I've been on a list for a GT-R for some time and finally got the "call" this week...
wOOt! Not.
Continental has credited back my original $1K deposit and is now asking MSRP + $25K. Their explanation, "we didn't know anything about the GT-R when they took my original order and now with all the hype, etc...take it or leave it"
Needless to say, I left, I'm not paying $25K over sticker and bear in mind, Nissan has expressly said they will not abide price gouging on the GT-R.
So I ask, is my original contract actionable, do I pursue it, any other recourse recommendations or just tell me the car looks like *** anyways and good riddance?
