New EVO has landed at Max Madsen in Countryside if anyone is interested
three of them that I saw... FMIC is massive. Think they will let me take one for a test drive without a salesman or deposit? these things will be a dime a dozen in a few months, cant wait to see what their mark up will be...

When the last Evo was new, the Downers dealer wanted me to fill out a credit app and buy it first.
The manager felt the car had no competition and that he was certain I would be happy with it. After six months they were overstocked and happy to let me drive it. It was just OK. Fast when pushed, slow when the revs drop. It was seriously in need of more suspension tuning. Bouncy bouncy.
I saw the new one at the auto show. The wheels are the wrong offset for the car. They look 20mm too inboard. Rear wing looked awful too. That said, I wouldn't mind driving one.

I know, but the magazines are talking it up likes it actually better then the manual
version of the same car. Just curious to see how great it really is and how it compares to my DSG in the dub.
