nice to know...
...somethings work correctly.
in a month that both mac's gave up the ghost, my cell phone, my television, and my training wheels (hey, 13 years on wheels i built with my own two hands isn't bad) all went **** up, it's nice to know my allroad continues to be a source of pure joy and that i have a dealer that seems to love it as much as me.
dropped the car off yesterday at 8am.
they gave me a silver/blue '04 a4 as a loaner (zippy little car, very impressive).
got a call at 4:30 saying it's done.
they did the recall, fixed the locking system (wasn't auto locking/unlocking and the keys were losing coding, i assume a new brain was installed), fixed the radio, and did a PERFECT job of buffing out the wiper scratches on the windshield (looks like a new windshield - one no wiper has ever touched).
they even washed the whole thing and gave it a vacuuming.
all of this on audi's bill, no charge across the board.
really i could not be happier with the whole experience.
