Default Not in love

This allroad experience is getting worse by the day/month.

To go along with my lumpy idling and squealing brakes - I now have lost my suspension adjustment capabilities.

Add to that a dealer who is always too busy to get you scheduled in less than a week, dirty loaner VWs and a general malaise toward customer satisfaction and a person feels ready to unload this poor decision posthaste.

At only 11K miles I have experienced more visits to the repair facility than the 3 previous years of Land Rover ownership (that's saying something when you consider how badly people degrade British vehicles for their lack of quality).

Shame on Audi for such shoddy workmanship and shame on the dealer for treating Audi customers as if they'd ONLY purchased a used Chevrolet Cavalier.

Me = Unhappy

P.S. Smell the clutch smoke...?

Default So call AoA cs and start a Lemon Law repurchase...

You are completely justified... perhaps not from a legal point, but certanly enough to get their attention.

Default AoA

Well, I should not have let it come to the point of making me angry. I did contact AoA today and they helped streamline the process of getting me "in the shop".

I am driving a new Jetta of only 4K miles (which the dash buzzes horribly) and loathing it.

Good news: The dealer responded to AoA's call

Bad news: I still have lost faith in the allroad reliability (I ask, what's next?!)

Under the bitching category: I did not sign up to buy an Audi only to drive a VW several times a month.

Default JD Power

Next time, I may pay more attention to the ratings:

Default I'm really sorry about the problems you're having...most of us here don't have major issues.

But I wouldn't put a lot of stock in the JD Power stuff....for example, do you think this vehicle is better than an allroad?<ul><li><a href="http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.jd?kbb.AK;407257;&amp;99501;wag&amp;1695;Chr ysler;2003%20PT%20Cruiser&amp;M7M11A8;M7M11&amp;&a mp;Wagons&amp;&amp;">http://www.kbb.com/kb/ki.dll/kw.kc.jd?kbb.AK;407257;&amp;99501;wag&amp;1695;Chr ysle

Default I would buy an Audi again

Though my car has had its faults, they have all been fixed without too much effort. No such thing as a perfect car re quality issues, and if Audi come up with an exciting replacement for the allroad then I'll buy. I have had 2 A6 models before so I want to try something different.

Default I call AoA onece, and now I have to take my car to a different dealer.

Seems the service manager took it personel, and the next time I came in to see about (my brake rotors) He said that they were too booked up to get to it any time soon.(not untill May) and the miles my car sees in a month. The second call to AoA got me the suguestion to try a different dealer. This happen with my Sub, and I traded for the Audi alroads with in days. (I like the ar) But with poor dealer service, (has me looking at Range Rover again) all this has happen in the last few days. AoA are you there?

Default Sorry to hear about this trouble.....

It seems you've experienced 1 out of 10000 ar's that toke a wrong turn, even worse that your dealer is presenting himself as a Lemon.
The dealer has VW and Audi at the same location?
Bad decision because the Level of support will hit VW grade, and that's bad news.
Take a chance to find another dealer, if somehow possible, it did help quite a few of us to change.
AoA should really stand up for it's car, no questions asked.
Sorry about this entire mess, but as you can see most of us here are still very happy with the ar.
Good luck to you!!
