31,900 for an 01 Allroad with 29K? Fair or am I getting screwed?......
They want 1500K for the Audi Assured Warranty, is there wiggle room there.
I am a bit upsidedown at this point and don't expect them to make no money but I also want the best deal that I can get.

There's wiggle room in the Assured number.
Last year, my dealer told me they pay Audi $800 for Assuring the car. They have to inspect it, too.
I'd check the A6 forum for April's advice. Is this a stick or tip? Tips are easier to find. What sort of prices do you see on traderonline.com?

I just paid 31.4 for an allroad with 31K and felt like I got a good deal. GREAT SHAPE
If that's what they are giving you on trade I would say you are plus about $2K average "real" trade in depending on condition. I felt this price was above wholesale so, thats about what you should expect on trade.
