Know anything about the Uniden bct7 police scanner?
goin on the aka rally and im looking for a easy to use scanner for simply listenin to certain cars with lights on top and talking to truckers. just wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular model or other uniden models.

It seems that it has been replaced by the BCT8
I had not been aware that such a scanner was available (or legal.) Does it require an external antenna or could it work on the passenger seat without anything showing? How legal or illegal is a scanner like this?
