Autoexpress: New BMW 5-Series Wagon

Once again, BMW ponies up a wagon version of its mid-size sedan. But no all wheel drive variant still makes it a poor competitor to the extroverted and hypercapable allroad (at least in my eyes).

Amazing! Not as ugly as most new BMWs
Most new BMWs are too ugly to be seen in. They are especially hideous seen from the rear. But the new 5-series wagon is apparently the exception. Without a trunk to play with, the BMW stylists seem to have been unable to do their worst ... although the headlight treatment is nastily reminicent of a kit pulling up the outer corners of his eyes.
