Cleaned up allroad and did 402 am I a little low in the back? BWW

If I had 2 days I would wet sand this whole car with 2000 grit and it would look like it belongs in the AutoRama car show. I did do some wetsanding on the scratches and scuffs (rear hatch and doors) and it's amazing the difference in the clarity of the clearcoat after sanding. All that clearcoat wave (dare I call it orange peel) from the factory went away. I rubbed it out and followed that up with a machine glaze and then a hand wax with Blitz One Grand. Looks showroom new but my keen eye can tell the difference where I wetsanded some areas because the clearcoat is mirror flat and looking a little to one side or the other I can notice the wavyness. Also did a 402 mod and lowered by 10mm by entering 412 in the field. Do you think I should lower front more and raise rear or does it look OK as is.

Wow, nice ! What stuff did you use?

Wetsanding .. interesting ... what kind of materials did you use?

nice job, imo you need smoked signal indicators(on front fender)

when black is super clean,like your car is, i think the gray makes the car look cheap. i have black too and just think it would be much more classy all black. just thinking out loud.

I'm 3 mm higher in the back -

(lowered 15mm front and 12 mm rear) to give it a little "rake". I like that look.

15/12 seems like the number poeple use... if you like that bouncy / bucking feeling

I like the 3M stuff

After using a 2000 grit wet sandpaper I followed up with 3M's Microfinish rubbing compound with a wool bonnett and machine buffer. This takes out the sandpaper scratches. I then switch to a foam pad on the buffer and use 3M Perfect-It Glaze Swirlmark Remover for dark paints. I then follow-up with the wax. In between steps I wash the panel I just did. After everything is done, including wax, I wash the car because there is compound everywhere.
