Stopped in today with a dead battery on my key's remote control (again). I figured on a quick 5 min stop to change out the battery and sign the warranty paperwork.
The stop took 10 minutes, but they decided the battery had died one too many times, so they swapped out the transmitter portion of the key, giving me a new one. Then they washed all the mag chloride off the car from this weekend's ski trip.
Now I have a clean car and a new transmitter portion of my key. maybe this one won't keep eating batteries.

Never a hassle, has addressed all my issues (which have been few).
Love the car and the whole support experience (I guess I've been lucky but I'll takle it) !

Boardwalk Audi (Dallas, TX) has been awesome as well!
Scheduling a visit is fast and easy. A4 loaner car is always ready to go.
And the most important thing, the job(s) are done right!

Just picked up my car from Audi service:...
Front Brakes: Done
Rear Brakes: Done
Directionals: New Flasher.. Done
Front/Rear Wipers: Replaced
Very nice....
Now the bad news.
Dealer gave me an 04 A4...nice car...The remote fob wasn't locking the doors...I din't know because I can never hear my ar's weak beep. I ASSumed the loaner was locking. Well the jerks who walked by the car and saw my Cell phone Portable Hands Free Speaker and my VALNTINE-1, on the floor of the car, just opened the door and took them...no alarm...no lock, just opend up and help themselves... Dealer said...sorry.....Put it thorugh your own insurance...even though their car was not working properly.

They are the dealer that didn't charge me labor to install and uninstall the '01 wiper arms I tried in my quest for snow blades. Also had an appointment a few days later to fix the bad turn signal relay and they went ahead and did that while I waited, too. Have bought two cars from them and their service is always exemplary.

Glad to hear you guys say this....
...because I liked them, too. I bought 4 B-platform Audis (80Q, 90Q, 90QS, A4) when I lived there in the '80s and '90s, and, except for the no-loaner restriction, I thought they were great. In fact, in another year and a half or so, when my allroad is run into the ground, I'm thinking I'll order my next car from them and go up there to pick it up. Take the long way home and get at least half the break-in miles on the car on its first day. HPH
