Audi 80 1989 - Making the engine look new - paint it?
Hey guys - there was a water leak on the side of the car's engine which is fixed and now has a rusty look along the side. Can you actually spray-paint the engine with some sort or metal silver paint?

Yes you can, but unless you really clean it up, it'll look bad. My block was removed from the car, cleaned up professionally, and painted by the same place. Looks better than new.
You can buy engine paint in spray cans from many places (walmart, meijers, autozone, advance, napa, etc).
