Couple things, looking for second opinions, 1990 CQ

First, I was driving home from work tonight and i noticed every now and again the car seem to back off ever so slightly. I am talking like you have to really be paying attention to feel it. My thoughts, the fuel injectors need to be rebuilt finally. Why? Because it only happened when i was maintaining speed, car idles sorta fine has an ISV dirty issue, and it accelerates good. Also i just this year had the grounds on the Intake manifold replaced as they were causing the car to act horribly.

Second, Recently filled the washer fluid up and went to use it the other day and it seemed kinda weak and tonight i went to use it and it was barely hitting the winshield. My thoughts are that the washer fluid pump is shot. Dont think it coule be a blockage and not sure if the fluid has leaked out as i have seen is popular from doing a search. I havent noticed any fluid on the ground where i park.

I know exaclty what you are talking about. I had this problem last year....

and it took time to find it. First, have you downloaded the blink codes? The speed sensor on these cars tend to get very dirty and cause false signals to the computer. It will cause a blink code to show up. Second do what the others have suggested, see to the simple stuff like ignition parts, are they ok? Then ,God help you, look to the fuel injectors. These injectors can be cleaned(which delays the inevitable) but you will have to replace them sooner or later. The car will feel a whole lot better .
