Quick question.... Idle speed
'88 90Q idles way high intermittantly (3000 rpm). I tried messing with some vacuum hoses and it didn't affect the idle. Unplugging the ISV put it back to normal.
My question is whether the car's ECU could be sending the wrong signal to the ISV because of some sensor, or the ISV has to be bad (yes I cleaned it). If so, what sensors affect the ISV controlled idle?
