Miktip - Power Steering Pump REBUILD KIT? - '95 90
There has to be one... any idea on a source. Looks like cake to rebuild, and my neighbor who was a former machinist can surely do all the work.
Damned dealer will likely take forever to find a resolution to my problem they've created, hence, I need my car to run, so the only way it will happen and happen soon is by my own action.

Rebuilt unit may be easier?

Last time I checked, a rebuild kit was not available for our PS pumps. Ya.........
might be better off finding a good used one from a salvage yard.
