Whats the correct procedure for chaning lifters, i searched but could not find the post

Default Whats the correct procedure for chaning lifters, i searched but could not find the post
the post i found earlier on
i remember it stating to lift the cam from the back so it is possible to get the back lifters, and leave the front 2 for last
cuz sumone enlighten me better, im doing them today, and i kno about the bleed down and all that, jus wanna have sumone whos done it put more info

Default take valve cover off, take cam off, remove lifters
reverse procedure, takes 20 minutes to bleed

takes more than 20 minutes to reassemble

Default ok well do i have to have cyl#1 at TDC? bcuz if i do, lifters for cyl 4 &5 arent accesable
to get at, can i jus turn the crank?

Since the cam's coming out, it would be a good idea to have timing set! ;O)

its possible to move the crank so can get at the last 4 lifters, then set it all back, correct?

i had to take the cam off completely, btdt twice

Camshaft "must" come out to R&R lifters.

Default Umm... I think also you need to remove the bolts holding the cam in a certain order...
Sorry, I don't have the procedure to this, just a headsup.
