Well I found out what is wrong with the Passat.
Changed plugs, and checked each coil pack. #2 dead. Switched #1 with #2. #2 still dead. Damn. Ignition Module. Pulled module and ran ohm test guys from a post on the A4 forum. Module dead. Now time to go hack up 160.00 or find someone I don't like with a 1.8T :-)

Oh yes and......
Note to self and others. When testing spark on a 1.8T, where the coil packs don't give you alot of room, do NOT test plug directly over spark plug hole. Gas does ignite and send awesome "Rock you Like a Hurricane" pyrotechnic flash and boom nearly burning your face off. Take note of that.
