Big brakes

I don't know if you all have checked out this, but the bolt patern is the same for the Fox Mustangs and the Audi. Mustang 4x4.25=4x107.95mm
I wonder if the brakes would work. I guess I have some research to do. My buddy has a 1992 Mustang 5.0, so I'll pull his rotors and start measuring. I'll keep you updated.

rotor offset and caliper offset, it ain't that easy

Just like inferno wrote, rotor offset & caliper offset are different, and dont not match up to an Audi mount points.

You could take a Mustang rotor, and get custom caliper brackets? ;O)
