Default Do you mean this gap?

THe gap appears here because I never got the rubber hood molding piece that wraps around the headlight area with my hood. Usually it wraps aorund there, so that it appears black. As for the misalighned hood, I'm not sure I see what you mean, it opens fine and all, never saw that.

Default The hood, on that corner appears to be slightly higher, than the fender bottom edge?

Basically the piece right above your clear corner, sits lower then the hoods bottom edge?

Default I had to throw away the orig. bumper for a 2 1/4" tubing...

ended up being a PITA to fit so that it looks right, unless there's somekind of crossmember or bumper from another model that could be used that I don't know about.Like I mentionned in earlier post, the fog lights end up right in the oem bumper "shocks" so it's gotta go out.The tubing is definitely not as strong as the aluminum bumper if you smash though, but that never happens I guess.
Cost was 750DM for the bumper skin,45DM for the grills,100DM for flashers plus major shipping charges(around 300-400$cdn if I remember well).I got the fogs from a local porsche parts distributor.
The picture gives you an idea of what I used to hold it on...
