Got busted for speeding on I-89 yesterday while driving next to a red 80. Anyone here?

Got busted for speeding on I-89 yesterday while driving next to a red 80. Anyone here?
Was doing closer to 95 but the cop said that since I had a clean record he was going to write me up for 85 in a 65... I doubt that he actually knows how fast I was going so part of me wants to fight it but...
Was going a SAFE speed until I met up with an older red 80 who wanted to pick up the pace a bit... Too bad that I was the lead car!
$160 and 2 points. Doh!

Re: not sure i'd FIGHT it, but clemency is generally granted in court...
