the power steering system has a leak in it somehwere where it sucks in air and froths the pentosin and ejects it all through the resivoir.. result is no power steering (and wasted pentison
)going into second gear can be pretty hard.
i love it though. its my daily driver/beater for winter and i push it _very_ hard and it just keeps taking it. i'm very pleased. as long as the roads are snow/ice covered, 130hp is plenty.
i'm waiting until i can put the m5 into daily driver duty (i.e. there's nothing cold or frozen on the ground at all) before i start work in earnest on the 90. it needs power steering help, brake help, maybe suspension help (well, it needs it, but im nots ure i'll do it
. then lots of things like burnt out bulbs in switches etc. also, firestone still cant get the thing algined right.. its aligned but i have to hold the wheel pointed at about 1-oclock to keep the car moving straight.. its like the wheel and rack are off a tick from each other..
