Resolution of my complaint against "Autox.biz". This guy must learn to provide
feeback to his customers and deliver when he says he will. These Audi parts ain't cheap.

Sorry you had a bad experience. But I think more people here (on the forum) like him than dislike him. Just my 2 cents.

Not a case of like/dislike. Just communication. Before he got the money he was real promt with his
responses. Not a word after that, despite lots of emails and voice messages. All I needed to hear was the status of my order.

I am having the same problem, I cant get ahold of him about an order
I've bought parts from him twice, including RS2 lights, this last time he sent me a defunct part and I have been trying to contact him for nearly a month. He called me back once but I missed the call. During the shipping process probably 2 months ago, he said he was moving his office and the transition was making everything hectic. I doubt he is still moving, so I dont know what the deal is. All in all, I've had good experience with him - he is just really hard to get ahold of recently...

Since I had never dealt with him I was not gonna wait around until he got to me. I had thirty days
to make a complaint to Paypal and I waited until the 28th day. I run my own business and I don't treat my clients that way.
