It seems that Pep Boys, Auto Zone & Murrays do not stock air filters ....

for 90 V6 & 20v cars so where are you guys getting yours? Theres a place I know here in Chicago that still supplies Mann/Mahle oil fiters but air filters are another story. Dealer only?

If you order enough parts, you get free shipping. And, even paying for shipping, it's probably less than driving around Dallas trying to find an import parts place that has them....

I get mine at AutoZone...

Never had a problem getting one.

i work @ pepboys....we got them....

dunno why you cant find it....all the stores have the same isht...

pepboys = next best thing to dealer (as far as employment)

everywhere else i have looked at is PURE garbage...

i work inside a closed, airconditioned shop, and i have my own remote that opens my bay door...

if i break your car, i dont have to pay for it...AND, as long as i dont drop it off the lift (never going to happen) or smoke a blunt and then drive your car into a wall, i wont get fired either...

i accumulate "extra" motor oil (the 1/2 full bottle left over from what your car didnt need) so i dont have to pay for my oil changes exceot $5 for the pure one filter...

i get 20% off everything...

i usually dont have to see the evil customer...if i get an a$$ hole of a customer, i can retreat into the depths of my shopand finish the car undisturbed...

its not that bad of a deal....after all, you have to think WHAT would keep someone working in that place

also, NEVER bring your car there for ANYTHING other than a battery...unless its my store..there are many incompetent service departments at other pepboys...i think i just got the "good" store...
