Cabriolet 4 bolt to 5 bolt switch..!!!!

I have a gang of probs with my 95 cab.
first and formost ..I need to switch from a 4 bolt pattern wheel to a 5 bolt...
can anyone tell me what I need to do to make this happen the right way?

you need the following:

- S2 hubs ($700)
- 4 wheel bearings ($150)
- S2 front/rear rotors ($250)
- 5x112 wheels and tires ($_____)

Cabriolet is FWD, so some 5x112 FWD hubs will be needed...

for the rear as S2 rear hubs are for the quats. Possibly a 5000tq rear hub will do the trick on a FWD such as the Cabriolet, but never jumped into that conversion.

How's the old 5 lug treating you?
