Brake lights & reverse lights not working properly

My brake lights are brightly light up all the time when the headlights are on (light up like you have the brake pedal down), and my reverse lights don't work. I have replaced every bulb, and every fuse (under the hood). Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Wiring. Trunk lid. 100%

brake lights should still work, no? fog, int. trunk, reverse lights are affected by said wire, no?

If I recall correctly...

The brake lights have a common ground with the rest of the lights in the trunk harness. Can really mess things up if the harness has split.

The only reason why I think he isn't...

is because way back in the day when I mounted my reverse-light Hella I tapped into the trunk harness...and lost my brake lights.

But it's been so long since i did so, that I can't remember where the problem lay.

But yes, MasterB certainly could be right...
