whats the normal operating temp for a 12v (1995) engine.......
my friends electric fans run all the time, its been hard wired, instead of trying to figure out the factory wiring (i think the previous owner was a barber and practiced on the car often) i want to get an adjustable aftermarket thermostat to controll the fan, im assuming its about 180 deg. F? there is also a pre set one to come on at 200 and shut off at 185, and another that comes on at 185 then off at 170. thnaks for any help, its just a winter beater and itd be nice if it heated up.
