Chips on EBAY

Can someone let me know if a.) these things really work. If they do, which one would be best. and c.) whether they will work in my Cab with the 2.8 12v with the Hitachi ECM.

Thats a no-no!!! Do you know who makes it? Of course you don't. Its some fly by night operation with some clown making these in his basement. Your not going to find these babies in stores.
