Excellent! Italy is great...most poeple will prolly practice thier English on you. :) Have fun.
I was there for a month back in '95...I stayed primarilly in Udine...northeast corner of the country, but also saw Rome, Florence, Venice. Cinque Terra on the Ligurian coast was amazing!!

I lived there for two years!!
I lived in Udine for 3 months! We are going to the Cinque Terre, Florence, Rome, Lucca, Pisa, Venice, Ravenna, Sienna, Rimini....basically all over the North. We may jet over to Milan. Luckily I speak Italian!
