idle adjustment..?

On my 88 90Q I have the idle screw all the way down,and it still idles at 1100. Is there another adjustment to bring it down? If so, where is it? Can't find anything!!!

Your idle has a duty cycle and must be set with a dwell meter.

You have to fix the problem first. Sounds like a vacuuume leak to me.
