depends on how many big-ticket maintenance items are gonna need doing... otherwise

it's about 1000-1500 high

unfortunately, cabrio's hold there value well. So 13k isnt too steep of asking price..

My friends father paid $18k three years ago for a silver/black '98 with low miles.

It had the sport wheel and the 16 in. "Cabriolet" wheels.
