Cover plate for fuel pump tray ?

Cover plate for fuel pump tray ?
On the B5 cars there's a splash guard / cover panel that hides the fuel pump, filter, etc. My 88 90Q doesn't have such a plate, and furthermore, all components i just mentinoed are rusted to ****. I'm considering spending $130 to get the following things:
check valve
filter
accumulator
sealing rings
however, if i put the new parts on the car, i dont want them getting rusted over after 2 weeks. Is there a cover panel for the B3 cars ?

OEM.... don't believe so..... do I need to make one... yes...
After all the trips in the snow this winter, and digging the car out of snowbanks, I have a feeling i need some better under-body protection. A fuel pump/filter protector are next on on my list... it'd be so easy to nail one of those with a shovel when your digging.
