I wouldn't run 225/40's on a 7in rim.

In both 17 & 18, they run fine, no issues, with a 7.5 width wheel.

Won't be hub-centric

SAABs come with a huge 62mm hub so although the wheels should fit fine you're going to have to be very careful aligning the wheels when bolting them on so as not to get them off-center. Also check the wheels to see what type of bolts they use, they will probably need tapered bolts, not the ball-seat bolts that Audis use.
