How do I replace the blower motor resistor?

How do I replace the blower motor resistor?

The heat/AC blower on my 96 Cab only runs in fast speed. I have a new blower motor resistor but can't seem to find how to install it. Where is the blower motor resistor located and how can I get to it?

You have to remove your glovebox. You'll see something like this once you have:

Unplug, unscrew, remove and replace.
