4b hood on 3b car

That would be B3 and B4, not 3b and 4b. ;)
All that is really needed is the hood. Many like to change the radiator supports as well in order to make the safety catch work, but you can delete the safety catch or do some cutting and riveting and make it all work with the B3 radiator supports.
I picked up B4 radiator supports from the salvage yard for my conversion, but won't be using them after all (thanks for the tip 8rings/phatbastard

Oh yeah, and under headlight trim, too. :)
Or you can cut up your B3 trim piece.
I have an extra pair of B4 trim pieces, if anyone needs some - unfortunately one is pearl, and one is black.
Honestly though, I don't think the B3 headlights look weird at all with the B4 hood - they are just covered up a bit. I haven't gotten around to installing my Depos yet, I'm going to do the relay thing when I do.

rubber seals on hood over the lights. Do it or get flamed on Audiworld....
for having an "off kilter" hood 
Oh ya and I didn't change the rad support and it works just fine. Actually its pretty fun watching people try to figure out how to pop your hood. lol.

May need to trim underhood plastic if you have a 3b engine....
Probably doesn't pertain to you , but if you have a 3b engine (20vt), the plastic timing belt cover will hit the plastic underneath the hood and push the cover into the timing belt. I just trimmed the hood plastic and that fixed the problem.
