What things should I be looking for to diagnose cold-start hesitation?

What things should I be looking for to diagnose cold-start hesitation?
Temperatures have dropped a little here in Chicago for the last couple days, and upon initial startup in the morning the car will hesitate if I try to rev her. It's back to normal within a minute of just letter her sit idle.
Should I be looking for vacuum leaks? Any specific leak I should be looking for dealing with cold start hesitation?
-NO codes
-ISV cleaned
-Fuel filter+pump replaced
-New plugs/wires
-New O2 sensors
Anything else I should be looking for?
