I need some advice.
At the end of march, i purchased a set of A4 Eurotails from an ebay user of ebay.de. However, when the lights arrived, i was at school and could not see them myself until a few days ago. Today i went to install the lights, and i discovered to my amazement that they are fitted for the A3 (damn). It is now almost 2.5mos later and i don't have the shipping info due to an impatient parent who disposed of them before i returned home. So now, after i spent ~$150 for the lights, i can't fix my broken light or add the second rear fog. My question now is, what do i do?
I remember the ebay seller's name but i cannot access deleted mail from my school's server due to "space conservation" and their deletion of emails after "x" days. And i don't know if the seller will be willing to accept the wrong goods in exchange for the correct ones (and its hard to sell A3 lights in the states -- unless they are the same as VW lights i.e. GTI). Does anyone have any suggestions or anything like that? Should i contact ebay and see if they will help?
Please, i am open to anything anyone has to say.
