Suspension issue - rattle in left front...

I am getting a rattling noise from my front left suspension when I hit any kind of bump, pothole or lip on a driveway - usually when i am turning. It sounds like a rattle that dissapates within a second or so (like a tuning fork, but not high pitch), and just the left side. Any ideas? Im shoppin around good places to go for an inspection (Seattle area), suggestions? TIA

i'd check the antiroll bar bushings first...

as they are an easy fix. the other thing it could be is control arms, replacing them could be costly.

Smells like a control arm

Good luck, there are more control arms on a quattro than God should allow!
