How to make the stock wheels look pretty?

Thanks to the wundebar Michigan winter, I have awful rust stains in the crook of the wheels up front. Anyone have any idea what takes care of this? I want to outdo the ricers at the fast and the furious II premier, cause God knows some of the crap that will be there, will be an abomination and I want my car to look clean. (i.e. I saw an explorer with a 3 foot aluminum spoiler on the luggage rack next week, egh!)

KABOOM...

Some say this is great, others don't trust it. You have to make your own judgement, i never used it. Altough personally on stock wheels i would give it a try, the results looked great!

Kaboom supposedly works really well

Claybar, maybe cat urine and a touch of basil.
