I found yet another 4000 today to hopefully part out, but the junkyard price for stuff is quite high. They want 30 bucks for each wheel, 40 bucks for all of the gauges, 30 bucks a piece for each headlight assembly. I think I asked about some other things, but I dont remember. I was suprised I found another one, only a few interior pieces are missing. Mileage reads 220,000, yikes!
And Steven, there is a 5000 right in front of this car, when I go back, I'll check the condition of the headlight for ya, its gonna be like, 35-40 bucks Im guessing. Let me know if ya still need one. Also...does anyone have a Bentley Manual for the 4000? Ive looked up prices and tried to bid on ebay, but its useless, the prices are too high. If anybody is greatful enough to part with a decent one, let me know!

I don't think those prices are all that bad. 30 for a headlight? Cheap! Around the No. VA area they go for 60 used. Remember, this is Audi we're talking about. As for the Bentley, Barnes and Noble.com sells them for about 70 bux or so. Not bad. I also get most of my major used parts from Shokan in NY state...they exclusively sell wrecked Audi parts. Nice people.

EVERY time I order from them I recieve it the next day via ground (well, I am in CT...) Anyway, I have used them for about 4 years for various things especially when I did not feel like waiting a week to receive an order from Blau (Not a slam but I always seem to end up waiting for a week when I place an order with them - I have NEVER had a bad experience with them though!!!).
Oh well, I digress, anyway, Shokan is very recommendable - even for new OEM stuff too.
