WOW! Thats quite amazing, hope you werent hurt much at all! Ive been rear ended twice in my 4000 and both times they have felt like good, solid, hard hits, but nothing ever happened bodywise, its amazing.

Thanks all! I am still sore, I was stopped and the guy that hit me had to be doing 40mph, in a truck. Then he had the ***** to back up and leave!! I am only glad that my kids weren't with me, since the trunk is in the back seat!! As for being mad, I think that all the yelling and screaming that I was doing in the car, might have scared him....mabey that is why he did the hit and run ;-}

That looks familiar
I did that to an 88 Honda Accord a few years back. The sun was in my eyes, and the lady was stopped dead in the middle of a 45 mph zone...I hit her doing about 30 (estimated speed after slamming on brakes). Totalled her car...
