Window defroster
I hope I'm not the only one here with my rear window defroster missing a few lines. Actually, I only have about 6 working at the moment...the 'Quattro' quit a long time ago. I noticed the lines are much thinner than most cars, so I suspect the previous owner(s) probably screwed them up somehow.
So, how do you fix the lines? I bought one of those line repair kits with the template, but it really didn't work and finding the breaks are next to impossible, even with a voltmeter. Ideas?

Actually, I do have full insurance on the car (for some reason). I suspect that even if I did smack it, they would have a hell of a time finding a window decent enough to use. I used that line stuff a while back, but it only lasted a couple months. I was thinking there might be a shop out there that specializes in repairing lines, etc?
