Coupe GT Bumper Covers.
I need to get the bumper covers off of my 86 CGT. I assume that the bolts/screws are under the chrome strip, but how do i get the strip off... i figured i just pry it and it pops off, but i've made that mistake before (poor, poor horn button). ok, so how do i get that off?

If you are working on the front bumper the bolts are behind the front reflector and typically not very cooperative coming out ,I have found it sometimes easier to remove the entire bumper shock from the frame and leave it connected to the bumper.
The rear bumper is very nice all bolts are inside the trunk behind the carpet and usually come right out.
