Trunk release for 85 Coupe GT
Does anyone konw how to open the trunk if the release lever were to break? Not that mine did or anything, but I just wanted to know if the release mechanism requires scheduled maintenence (like changing the cable before it brakes)>

hello,I THINK if the wire goes off in mechanism inside the trunk,u probebly can reach it thru the holes for loudspeakers(on the hat shelf),if the wire goes off where u pull its easer....just take away backseat "door panel" sorry about my language(not from this side of world)
