86 4kq rough idle
My 4kq has idled roughly since I got it 6 years ago. It feels like a nervous rat, to be honest. There's no way I could get it below 1000 rpm's, lest it shake itself to pieces. Many vacuum hoses have been replaced, as well as the ISV, but what else can I do to smooth this thing out? It runs just fine otherwise.

Like I said the ISV has been replaced because it wouldn't drop down to normal idle, even if I tapped it with something.
This is more of a nervous shake than anything else. The idle is steady per the tach, but it feels like some sort of secondary vibration out of tune with the cylinders firing. Ever feel an explosion like from a quarry and the aftershock comes a second later to rattle your house?
