will a 5000 turbo manifold fit a KX engine? Are 5 cylinder head all swappable, curiosity on this.

When you say "turbo manifold fit a KX engine", you mean "cylinder head" right? (more)
It will fit, but you will need some bits and pieces.
Why do you want to use the MC head?
The best cyl head you can use in a KX is from a NF engine. It has bigger valves.
However, without more air flow changes it will be hard to notice any difference. It also needs bits and pieces to make it work (IM, fuels lines, etc.).
The best bet is still making the swap with the NF/NG.
