MC block + NF head?

Has anyone here done this? Are there any known problems for running this configutation with a K26 turbo and an MC1 management system? Are the stock exhaust valves adequate (as far as heat) for a turbo application? Will the stock WX or MC ignition distributor work?

exhaust valves have to be switched to the sodium filled ones from the mc1 head
