Wiring help with WX.
I'm doing a swap into a '85 4kq. I've got a '85 left(driver) side engine harness and have these two connectors that I can't seem to find a home for. My Bentley is so old that the pages have turned to confetti.

The one on the left...
...goes to the Random Starter Interruption Circuit. I think the one on the right goes to the Galvanic Corrosion Accelerator. But hey, good luck with that, Tom! ;-)
P.S. The Fluhrs and I are still thinking about your November event. Our task list seems daunting, though.

What you need is to pull the rest of the harness from the Ur-q......
I believe most of them go straight to the fuse box... one for ignition power, one for fuel pump relay ground signal etc. If you need the wiring diagrams I can fax them to you and highlight the wires you are looking at.

Now I recognize the left one!! I must have RSIC on my other UrQ ('83 0143) also! My bad.
Eric R apparently has one on his '86 too and I think they have some sort of wireless comm link. On the way to Mid-O we stopped at a gas station and both cars wouldn't start. We both had a good laugh. Then we stopped at the Taco Bell on the way home somewhere in KY. Again, I'm sitting in mine cranking, cranking. I look over at Eric...he is doing the same. Afer about a minute of turning the ignition the finally wake up with that familiar CIS 5 cylinder sputter. Again, a good laugh.
Why don't you come out to Barber Motorsports Park with the Fluhrs?? It's going to be a hoot.
Don't worry there will be plenty of other smartasses around to jaw with besides me.

Oh yes, I got that. I just didn't realize that there was more that needed to come out of the Urq

When I do the 3B motor from the 91 200q will all the wiring from the 200 replace the wiring that I'm removing from the Urq for my current swap??
