Where we should have been last weekend...
The big 25 years of quattro celebration was held this past weekend in Ingolstadt at the Audi factory. They had several hundred ur quattros in attendance and the museum not only rolled out the old race cars, but also "exercised" them on an autocross type course in a large parking lot.

Yup, it is Stig.
I was there... and it was amazing, i have like > 200 pictures which i'm gonna put online. We also have a video which we will put up online , over one hour of footage, including the stig doing donuts...

I say that because of the sloping headlight trim and grill. Prior to 85 was flat grill and trim.
We never got the aero lights in the US and the last year was 85, although there are rumors of 1 86 being sold here.

I have a set of those headlight bezels on my 83. I was told by the previous owner that maybe it was a european aftermarket thing? They are stamped hella.
