CAN AN APR CHIP BE 'FLASH' REPROGRAMMED....

and what do they need to do to flash reprogram it?

I don't think it can be they have and encription on the chip

so dealers can't over write their programing. if you still want the chip take it back and they should rechip your car.

It may not be flashable, but AoA is always working on ways to detect chips.
