HELP EMERGENCY, my car is running in limp mode (safety mode) no check engine light (more)

Default HELP EMERGENCY, my car is running in limp mode (safety mode) no check engine light (more)
Today I was driving my car and the car was running in limp boost, boosting only .4 bar of boost. There is no check engine light, I tried disconnecting the battery and plugging it back on still didn't work. Does anyone know what the problem could be? I was thinking the MAF could be messed up but then the check engine light is not on...please give me some input thanks!

Default wait a min! what is limp mode? (more)
Could that be what happened to my car today? a loss of power dramatically, but still CAN drive the friggin thing? What is limp mode, and what do people mean by 'lean'?

i have a blow off valve.....i checked all da hoses doesn't seem like it was losing boost

limp mode is when there is something wrong with the car and the car is running under stock boost
