I have the 3M on my '01 A4 and I notice it's starting to yellow...

Do you do anything special to yours (waxing, etc) to protect it?

BTW: Your denim looks great! I have an '03 3.0 Dolphin on order. I can't wait!!! : D

I had stongard on my Acura, same material 3M...

And it was fine after 1 year. I waxed it with the rest of the car often.

so all these brands (xpel,stongard,clearbra) use 3M...

then what are the difference bwtn them? the price? can i just go buy the 3M clear strips and aplly it on myself? are the professional installs permanent?

Xpel gives you the option of 3M or Avery Dennison...something like that...thats what i'm getting....

CT only has 3 dealers, and the guy installing mine cuts his own pieces, he get the raw material from Xpel in San Antonio and he has the machine to cut the kits, etc. He actually supplies the other 2 guys who install with materials. He likes the Avery Dennison better because he says its a little more flexible when applying.
